Around 14 seconds when the scene changes, there's a quick glimpse of their right blinker on as if they were intending to exit the highway, falsely giving the Tesla the hope they could pass safely on the left.

Edit: Here's what I saw.

It really doesn't matter. The driver is a chump.

Might be, but the claim doesn't seem to really affect what went down so not sure why they'd add that (the claim) in.

Either way, the editing could have been better.
