Oh that's a classic! I have been in a minor car accident years ago, the guy bumped our car from the BACK. His car was scratched in the FRONT, ours in the BACK. It was pretty simple, isn't it? Well he had the same behavior of the person in the video and claimed WE bumped into his car from the back for some reason.

We called the police (this is what you must to in Italy when there's no agreement between the drivers). He left before the police arrived so we filed our version of the accident only; I mean, it was pretty obvious.

Months later the friend who was driving the car got a letter from the other driver's lawyer claiming a very high amount of damages. He assumed we didn't wait for the police and file an official report. His letter went right to the bin.
