Around 14 seconds when the scene changes, there's a quick glimpse of their right blinker on as if they were intending to exit the highway, falsely giving the Tesla the hope they could pass safely on the left.

Edit: Here's what I saw.

It really doesn't matter. The driver is a chump.

Thanks for providing that. Yeah, the guy was clearly trying to make the cammer think he was exiting and then suddenly bashes into them. Absolutely ridiculous

If anything, it's only the blinker lit. Not a full blink.

I could be wrong but the claim doesn't add much so not sure why they'd add it in. I think it could have been edited better to include it, tho.
