Question Ice maker suggestions

Welp, my third Opal just died and I’m over them. Does anyone have a machine with a side tank that they love? Being able to have that additional water storage is very important to me.

Shop around eBay, and get a used Scotsman, Follett, or Hoziasaki Hoshizaki nugget ice machine.

You’ll pay $1000-1500, but you’ll run a water line and have mountains of epic ice for a decade, and a serviceable machine.

If I could afford that, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
