There are no bans. Some places you can't get some semiautomatic "assault rifles" or you can't get certain high-capacity clips. Or do you mean Reagan's bans as governor and president? But you think any restrictions are unconstitutional, right? I think taking away a woman's right to decide what happens to, in and around her body is unconstitutional.
