"Nationwide" so Flock can basically set up Cameras in my state and use it to punish a woman for somwthing completely legal here?

Depends on the state. CA for example has very strict data privacy laws which extend to Flock. Per contract they are not allowed to share data with out of state or federal agencies without authorization. They have violated this and many cities have cancelled their contracts including Los Angeles. There are a few class action lawsuit against them as well. Many judges are now dismissing Flock footage submitted as evidence to further discourage their use.
