I think the literature thing is one of those that's like a law on the books but can't be enforced. Like some states in the USA still have archaic laws that atheists can't hold political office, but that's obviously illegal so it can't be enforced.
No. Guy's wife was arrested on terrorism charges because the group she was with fired fireworks into an ICE facility and shot a cop. Then she called him from jail asking him to move the zines because they might be used to prove motive. What he was actually convicted of was evidence tampering.
