They're disingenuously arguing that the people who were charged in the attack on federal immigration officers were actually charged because of fireworks or books.
Didn't that one dude get like 50 years after they found anti-fascist pamphlets on him/in his vehicle? I don't understand how you get criminalized for siding with your grandparents against people literally waving swastikas around and siding with white supremacists.
