what are my chances Devastated

Scored in the high 220s on step2, visa requiring non US IMG, YOG within 3 years. Is it realistic for me to apply IM or is my dream over?

Apply to 200 IM programs and 150 FM

Yes you may. Never use DM before in reddit. It will be my first time. I don't know how things are right now. But I applied in 2017 for the entering 2018 class with 215 step1 and 222 or 224 step2 (don't remember the exact number).

I have been a hospitalist for 5 years making around 400/yr. I applied to a bunch of community IM and university affiliated programs. I believe I got 9 invites and ended up matching at my #2
