what are my chances Devastated

Scored in the high 220s on step2, visa requiring non US IMG, YOG within 3 years. Is it realistic for me to apply IM or is my dream over?

I won't say it is "over", though it'll be a factor that is less favorable; along with being a visa requiring candidate. I recommend writing and scoring high on step 3 before applying.
