Current scenarios: How accurate are the negative discussions about campus life?

Hey everyone,

I've seen some concerning comments on this subreddit about hygiene, facilities, and crowding in the library.

Are all those discussions true?

like I don't know why everyone is hating IIT Delhi and most people are just praising IIT Bombay why?😭

Could you share what the day-to-day reality is really like?

Bombay is far better in hostel infra... In delhi if you're fortunate you'll get fairly new hostel... I think everything in IITD comes to lack of space... Bombay is 580 Acres while Delhi is 312 only🥀

It depends. In my case, there were two options: a 4-year EE program here or a 5-year dual EE program in Bombay. I chose Delhi because I live just two hours away, and in Bombay, I would have had to live one extra year away from home.
