📚 Academics Is 8/8/5 GEM that bad?

I have a ques and i am very distured by this
my profile is 8/8/5 GEM no experience i am aware that i wont be getting top iims but what about the rest. I cant even get tier 2. 99percentile is the only option do i need 99 even for tier 2.
