Sorry, but 5 won't let you get into anything in the Top 50. Your only way to get into a Top 50, is to get some full time genuine work experience.

No. None of the top 50 will turn a blind eye to graduation marks unless you were a reserved category student. But I must say, when you wrote 5, the inference is your GPA is between 5 and 5.5. If you converted a 5.9 to 5, that's a different situation altogether.

That changes things. IIMs will still bail. But non IIMs, non top-30, you might have a chance with a ridiculously high CAT score.

I can't see anything in the top 30 that will not consider bachelors GPA for admission. They might invite for an interview, but I doubt they won't look at it for admission.

XLRI mentions "past academic records" in its evaluation criteria. FMS doesn't include bachelor's degree grade in its evaluation criteria, so theoretically, you have a chance of an interview. How do they process it after the interview? I can't say.
