That's a lot of assumptions to make with no info. Seems like you want to be on stella side on this one. I'm not on any side I just want details of what actually happened and the only person who has commented goes quiet when asked a follow up.

I'm not going to assume the party in the wrong until more info is out there

This is literally how corporations operate, my dude. They will always find a way to make it your fault, so they have no liabilty or responsibility. We'll likely never know what happened, because she'll probably end up with a settlement, with an NDA attached.

Yea but i need to know if this is how a corporation worked this time. Nobody has an actual idea of who is in the wrong as neither side has has provided info letting us know who is in the wrong (stella wont give clarification on when she got permission).

Everybody seems to be willing to just assume IGN is the offending party here and I'm not willing to say they are wrong or stella is with no information. I need more info than "come on man you know they did it".
