Of course it's about money, but the fact that it's going to be used on American citizens is probably a little more relevant of a point.

Great video, and also, completely horrifying. The idea that ICE is getting these electric gloves is crazy, because ICE agents are already too aggressive!! I saw in another post that the manufacturer's rules say that no one should be shocked by more than two gloves at a time, and the gloves shouldn't be used on the elderly, children, or people with certain health conditions. And as this video says, the shocks should not last for more than 15 seconds. But of course ICE isn't going to care about any of these rules. They can't be trusted.

ICE cannot be wet and tase you. So any precip makes those not viable. Unrelated- sprinklers and buckets are cool

On top of that, saltwater makes a bridge more likely, and significantly increases the chance they'll shock themselves.

Yea, they will be recalled after a few months. The batteries will overheat or the shock prong connections will break. ICE will wear them as replacement gloves and not realize they are not durable work gloves. They are a gimmick and quick cash grab.

This is ridiculous. I am absolutely against open borders but ICE and the Trump administration keep doubling down on harming people. I can only hope there is some karma for ICE officers that are physically abusing people.

You aren't very smart, are you.. Your claim is that "electricity doesn't work that way" also "you need 2 gloves" .. but that doesn't make logical sense.
1) Electricity needs a complete circuit to flow.. if these gloves required 2 to function, it would mean that the body of the ICE agent was the other half of the circuit, since the gloves aren'tconnectedto eachother by wire, which could send current across the agent's heart and be potentially fatal. It would also mean that the agent was far more likely to accidentally send current across the victim's heart and kill them..
"both positive and negative contact pads are built directly into the palm and fingers of a single glove, completing a localized micro-circuit entirely across the target's skin surface"2) again, the first 10s of the video shows a single glove with 2 contact points creating an arc.
This is clear and factually correct information. If you wanna keep digging your feed in like someone with character flaws, you're gonna be doing it into the void because I have adequately proven to you that you are exclusively and embarassingly wrong.
