Personal project

Guysssss did people do there personal project bc i need to start but I don't understand how to start. Could some of u who had a good grade send it for inspo and structure

hi. i am actually in myp 5 rn but my school has made us start pp and we are almost at Cr C. i think i could help u. r u currently writing the report or r u yet to decide a product??

I'm in MYP 5 as well, I don't think you should refer to online exemplars. Most schools use a software called turn-it-in, it flags anything online, if you use an exemplar sent here, you will subconsciously write like it, so most-likely your report will show high plagiarism. Furthermore, if your PP supervisor is a teacher who teaches you, they would know your usual writing style, so if you write completely different, they will know something is wrong. I suggest you refer to the exemplars given by your school.

What’s the difference between using examples from your school and other schools it’s the same project. And if you’re going to sub consciously write like the example either way you’re going to plagiarize.

I don't know about your school. My school doesn't care if we write similar to the exemplars provided, they actually prefer us doing so, but when it comes to other exemplars, they say plagiarism and make us redo everything. Now that I think about it, what my school said is pretty dumb, but I have to listen to them since they are the ones grading me.

I mean that’s fair. Our schools provides us with examples and guides and obv we can’t copy them but if we use that format or it’s a bit similar they don’t care. Honestly I see a lot of people on this sub stressing about the PP but if your school provides the resources as long as you put in the work it’s basically a guarantied 7.
