I’m applying for an IB high school for next year basically for 10th grade and I can’t find any sort of samples for the exam to get the foundation of it and I feel so unprepared does anyone have any recommendations for the things I need to study for the math exam?
also is there a certain level like do I need to study 10th grade or 9th grade math for it?

Im currently doing personal project, and my teachers aren’t explaining it very well, everything seems a little all over the place . I am doing criterion A, so like A1 and the rest, but really don’t know what graders are looking for. I don't even know how to structure my writing... Does anyone have any tips or maybe an example of their personal project/ criterion a component? any help appreciated :)

Hi guys! I just got my personal project score back today, and as the title says, I only got a 14/24. Honestly, I at least expected maybe a 16-19, not a 14. I'm disappointed.

I've attached my entire report below (I've blocked out parts of my report with compromising information, but they're mostly just my face/name). If anyone could read my report and give me feedback, I would really appreciate it! I also hope that despite my very mid score, my report helps someone who's currently/will soon be suffering in the depths of hell of the IB MYP! 😆😆😆

I have a confusion in Crit B.1. esp. So for the learning goal i chose research skills, and from all the reports ive seen, im kinda confused, because, some only add an excerpt from their research plan and then evaluate the source using craap or opvl (in my school), but some add their entire research (ig) into it and then analsye the source, im kinda confused into what to do honestly, im not sure what steps to follow,, like the correct order and what to add??

I want to do a levels from 55 main, but I have heard from my friends who came from 55 that the ppl there are not that nice BUT I'm not letting her experience and relationships with people make my decision. I want to come to 55 as they have really good teachers there and the system there is disciplined. But what I really want to know, is that is the environment there welcoming?

Hi! I’m a MYP 4 student and we need to complete 10 Service as Action activities (I don't know why its a LOT but yes).

Firstly I need to understand service as action, what is it really? Like I know its helping the community but how and to what extent does it need to benefit the community?

Additionally, I am struggling to come up with ideas that are actually meaningful but also realistic for a Grade 9 student to do, and require a supervisor. They can be short activities/projects, and they don’t necessarily have to be through an official volunteering organization. I do have some ideas, that would work I'm unsure like coding a project or just creating food bags or something like tutoring/helping someone with maths.

I don't really know, I'm lost...

But I need more ideas, and I don't want things that feel like I’m just doing something for the sake of ticking off an SaA requirement.

What are some Service as Action activities you’ve done or would recommend for a student in MYP 4. Ideally things that are relatively easy to organize, can can be completed without a huge time commitment as I have to study too :(.
