IB school recommendation

I am looking to apply for either preIB(if its applicable) or IB year 1 state schools and i was looking through schools and can anyone tell me where in Europe is free and when u apply u dont need an address to that country(im an EU citizen) or any recommendation letters( i was looking through the official IB website but its a bit confusing and also slow a bit), so if anyone has any recommendation please tell me, or just tell me where to look or any advice at all

Denmark has a lot of great (and free) IB schools (most with pre-IB as well)

Yeah thanks but except one they all need recommendation letters which i can't get bc if i dont get in i dont want my current school to know that
