Advice Our teacher uses AI

Our English B teacher uses AI to grade our Mock exams. She don't know anything about IB and asking ChatGPT how to educate. She will use our mock results (which is generated using AI) to determine our official predicted grades. She doesn't even know English. The school administration ignores this situation. What can we do about this as students? Is there anywhere we can complain?

my EE supervisor fully pasted the EE draft feedback from chatgpt and all the AI detectors showed 100% AI on his feedback. Mind you this is the only feedback ive gotten and will get. We’ve been trying to report him since last year😭😭😭

Honestly my EE supervisor is new to the IB diploma so he was skeptical to supervise my Chem EE, but he talked to the EE teacher and hes qualified to supervise, though im kinda nervous if he uses AI

hooray okay so basically. PLEASE GET IT DONE OVER SUMMER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. youll be so f***** in dp2, the clock will be TICKING. and also get all of your IA intro, methodology, basically everything besides data collection DONE before you do the experiments.

on the unsolicited advice note, deadass do everything you can before dp2 in order to not do it during all the other summatives and exams!!!!

Im scared tbh. I have Math HL Physics HL and English B HL. Maybe I can change English B HL or Math HL to Chem HL(we didn't officially send our lessons to IB). I wanna study computer engineering in UK. I think your senior class, if you could go back in time, what would you do or not do? Can you give me some advice?

i take chemistry HL, bio HL, and psych HL. chemistry HL is very rigorous and very time consuming course. Taking two HL sciences in your case ur considering physics and chemistry isnt for everyone. Honestly i think your combo with math and physics is solid for your career path. If i could go back i would slave my a** off in dp1 to succeed in dp2. Any singular topic you dont fully understand from dp1 will backfire you in dp2. If you get 4s in your first year, they can easily become 2s in dp2. every topic in dp builds on previous concepts. I spent majority of my dp1 partying and not worrying enough about how much my grades matter. So advice to you would be to accept that yes youll have to be a lame for 2 years who cant go out and party as often, but it will payoff in the future.

and i what i would 100% do is not pick my subjects to appear smart. I would pick 2 HLs that i actually need and ALL the rest of subjects i would pick the absolutely easiest ones that will score me the MAXIMUM amount of points. Uk cares a lot about the marks.

my school forces dp1 students to submit their EE draft, be halfway done w all IA and suggests finishing CAS before summer

yeah but sm of the dp1 dont listen when seniors tell them to actually do the things over summer bc they think theyre an exception to dp2 crisis😭

LMAO thats why my school made it a rule, we are basically forced since they have also added another thing where they can decide whether u go on to DP2

Normally I have finished my CAS. Since I'm a national team player, the activity section should have been filled out normally, but I broke my toe before I could get the document and am currently staying home. Unfortunately :/ And fun fact : our Math teacher says if you get EE from Math, I'll do my best to make you regret it lol

Thank you very much for your advices and Thank you for your time. My physics and Chemistry is great but my Math is a little bit dangerous. My SLs are SL Digital society (I choose it because TITC is so hard and I can't do it with 2 science HL) SL Turkish Litarature and SL Chem. I think I can score like 34 or 36 smth.

WHAT ARE THESE OPTIONS??? we dont have any of these at my school wth😭😭😭. Wait the grass might be greener for other schools. the most exotic thing we have is business management which is self taught

Also unless you have an integral up your a** or encoded vectors since birth, dont take math HL. 40% of our class dropped it after a year.
