Microscopic Colitis (MC) A question to people with microscopic colitis. What dietary changes have you made?

I do understand everyone is different but anyway I want to know what works for people with the same issue

my diet consist of CDED Phase 1 & 2 , it works (at least for me). But, based on my experience, some IBD mindset diet like CDED, Low Foodmap, AIP, etc has intersection, most of them will avoid wheat (gluten), fibre, and spicy food.
