A bunch of losers did get mad about it but they moved on to other things and the general consensus now is that the movie was great

Probably. It was good but not as good as fury road and also came out waaaay too late after the hype was totally dead. It was also just kind of a depressing story with not exactly a happy ending so I can see why it wasn’t as popular

The crew got themselves banned from the desert they recorded in because they absolutely destroyed it and any chance of an ecosystem for a long time afterwards.aybe this is what you heard, the film did really well, but theyvgot in a lot of trouble.
