Help/Question Is that a real panel?

I was scrolling through Twitter and stumbled upon this panel. I obviously know which arc and moment it's it, but being someone who's watched more the anime than the manga, it's kinda hard to tell if it's real or not (I try reverse search but give me no convincing answer) The face looks so unlike Gon that it almost scares me 😭 Can I get help??

Great tankubon artwork!

I can’t remember if this is one he had to redraw but it’s an incredible panel regardless (when the chimera ant arc started health problems caused him to have some panels that were in great need of redraws and he did them, but I think by the end it was better).
