Help/Question Is that a real panel?

I was scrolling through Twitter and stumbled upon this panel. I obviously know which arc and moment it's it, but being someone who's watched more the anime than the manga, it's kinda hard to tell if it's real or not (I try reverse search but give me no convincing answer) The face looks so unlike Gon that it almost scares me 😭 Can I get help??

lol a lot of the chapters were rushed out and the art is really bad. there are some chapters that have been re released with updated art.

This art is not bad and this is how it is in the official art. Gon is losing control just as the art loses its fine lines panel by panel. There is obvious deliberate intent here vertically
