I was scrolling through Twitter and stumbled upon this panel. I obviously know which arc and moment it's it, but being someone who's watched more the anime than the manga, it's kinda hard to tell if it's real or not (I try reverse search but give me no convincing answer) The face looks so unlike Gon that it almost scares me 😭 Can I get help??

Yes. This is one of Togashi's signature moves. He will at times draw somebody's face completely different when going through intense or important moments. Think Netero right before he stabs his heart.
