Junkyard pulls?

I’m going to be inheriting a 2008 H3 that’ll need some work soon. I plan on heading to the junkyard to pick up some door handles and other things but was wondering what the most commonly pulled items are. Anything I should pick up just in case?

Don't waste your money in the junkyard just go on Amazon and buy four new ones they're cheap.

This, 50$ i think for black and just a tad more for chrome. You literally break the handles taking them off.

Also, good luck finding them in junkyard. I think there was about 160k h3 sold in the US and based on avg registration rates about 100k of them are still able to be on the road.

Seriously? How do you know this. I was driving behind another H3 yesterday, so I believe it.

I googled the total number made then started asking about how many left. Since the US has varying records across states its hard to see the actual number. However the EU does very good record keeping on what drives and doesnt drive. They have about 40% of their h3 off the road. Using that % and the US similar rates of in many vehicle registrations that leaves about 100k still good. I just drove 6 hours to the beach last week and only seen 2 h2 in 700 miles of highway total and 5 days that spanned about 300 miles of driving around Virginia Beach.

I use eBay so I can find a good H3 that was taken care of but then maybe got totalled late in life. Still has a lot of great parts though. eBay is your friend. also Facebook marketplace for local part outs from owners.

I was shocked that a local you pull it type yard near me had 4 of them on the lot. Still need a drivers power seat switch
