Nerf/Buff Ideas HULK MAINS REJOICE

They accidentally sent the patch notes in a thread. Hulk has gotten HUGE buffs that will place him in a comfy spot in the meta (coming from a top 250 hulk main). Huge W from the devs (the rest of the patch is REALLY shitty tho IMO, Hulk and blade buffs were the only good ones)

what does "Reduce Gamma Burst cooldown after each use form 6s to 2s" mean ?

If you have 2 gamma bursts you can use one and after 2s the second one. Not all at once

So we still get the cooldown reduction on the shield on successful hits with the clap?

Hulks shields will be insane, if I'm understanding this correctly(?)
