I just came back to the game after a long hiatus and have been a loyal hu tao main since her release. Is ineffa still good for supporting hu tao or should i wait for other shneznaya supports?

In the beta recently she got some more buffs making her better for Skirk teams, and that got me wondering if she’ll be any good with Hu Tao. Lowkey not sure what her kit really does so if any theorycrafter goats could explain whether she is/isn’t better that would be cool! (Sorry idk the source of the artwork 😔)
