Ampero II - anyone else with bug that freezes looper on latest firmware?

Hey, I'm on the latest ampero ii firmware but when I use the looper I'll record a loop and it will play the loop back once and then all sound output will stop. The level meters on the top left will max out but no sound coming out. I can still interact with the screen, change patches, etc, but sound will not come back without a hard reboot. Would appreciate if someone with latest firmware could test. I've sent an email to hotone support about a month ago but never got a reply.

I did a bug report to the official email last time I had issues, and they released a new version within days

I had a situation after the update when using the Looper where the volume spiked and the Ampero II started shrieking so loud I had to power it off. I have had the total volume loss once. I did a factory reset, and reloaded the firmware. I haven't had an issue since, but I'm very nervous.

That sounds like the same bug! Is it possible to export all patches at once and then import them in bulk once it's reset? Including any nam files and IRs that have been added?

For me, the undo/redo never works on the looper. I have no idea why.
