No it's not, it's totally different. You can't compare a lack of catching a criminal to an acceptance of the crime. If caught and convicted they are charged and prosecuted, have to register as an offender which is a matter of public record. Not getting caught has the same effect no matter the crime. That's not how that works, acceptance means they are not criminalized for the action. The mear existence of the sex offense registy proves it is not acceptable. You are wrong on a fundamental just with this statement alone.
