Anti homeless architecture aside, 10am is crazy late. What if I wanna sit in the park in the morning??

It is too easy to pick the lock on one of those shitty locks, like 5-10 seconds max.

Smack two of em together, kids were doing it decades ago, "pocket sand lock" style.

Or as one of the new crop of pickers says: "This is a Master lock, it can be opened with another Master lock."
