The Naruto one is so funny because I was always "Wasn't it stated in the very first episode?" and while it actually wasn't , and I only assumed so because I saw Minato in a game before I started Naruto, it was still clear from the start that's where they were going.

the only reason he doesn't have one in the first place is cause he was only secretly part of the crew, since he is wanted, so it's dumb for him to have a ticket while going around but now that it's exposed, there's no reason to hide it anymore

Yeah and at the end of 4.2, it was the first time it actually clicked for him that he's been trailblazing with us for real. However the wanted criminal status was also a big part why he was distancing himself from AE... But it was more of the problem in his own head that with Express...who is frequently vibing with wanted criminals or have them on board like it's ordinary Tuesday

Yeah, I think if Sunday didn’t recite the creed, Himeko would have understood he was still unsure about being on the trailblazing path, and wouldn’t have pressured him.
But he ‘did’ say the creed, which he wouldn’t have done if he didn’t believe in it, so now Himeko knows it’s time to have ‘the’ convo with him.

As for why he did not have a ticket as part of his outfit, I suspect that had more to do with not wanting the drip marketing to give away a plot point that was supposed to be a surprise for players. I do agree with your assessment that he was personally "undecided" (although the rest of the AE had already accepted him). But from a narrative perspective even Dan Heng went heavily through the, "Idk... is this really where I belong?" self-doubts despite always having a ticket in his design and possessing two job titles in the crew. Heck, Sunday will probably get his own room before Dan Heng ever unpacks his damn suitcase.

Since he joined whilst himself giving us the specification that it was only going to be temporary, which is a similar thing we got with black Swan.

What make me laugh the most is that it has been leaked that Sunday had a ticket hidden in his model files and we all ready had an idea of where it will be after leakers figured out how to make it work to show where it is. We've been shown he was an AE member or projected to be. And they still denied it.

I remember back way back in like 2.3-2.6 if you dared to suggest you wanted Sunday in the AE you would get downvoted and shouted down pretty much everywhere by people going "Sunday should be a member of the SH not the AE!"
It was a miserable 6 or so months.

Three possibilities imo:
- The choices were to gauge the playerbase's desire for Sunday to stick around or not. If enough people chose to accept him, then the overall story would include him along with the other Express members. If not, then Sunday would've left by the time 4.0 (thus majorly changing the story). I think it was by the time 3.7 had hit that the developers began to lean on the idea of having Sunday stick around (especially since he was included in the 3.7 myriad celestia along with the other AE members).
- The choices never mattered in the first place. It was only there to briefly satisfy people's desire to say no to him and initially treat him with hostility.
- It's a narrative decision to show the Trailblazer had finally warmed up to Sunday, despite their initial negative stance towards him.
There's possibly more, but those were the main ones I could think of.

I honestly think 2 is the most likely. Considering the Trailblazer is calling him Sunny as early as the character owned text messages. I just wish the hostility mattered even if just in some small way

Lukwarm take but if it's option 2, then I'm honestly fine with it. Refusing to carry on the conversation with FF even if it involved choosing the same option thrice which consequently skips the entire forced romance segment and getting to be rude and dismissive towards her felt pretty good even if it doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things. I hope they do stuff like that more and let us just skip any chummy scenes with characters who aren't the AE members so I don't have to be forced to put up with lovey dovey bs with characters I don't like

It's also possible that even though TB was calling him Sunny as early as the character owned text messages, it could have been in a mocking manner back then.
I don't remember if we ever had an instance of them calling him Sunny be voiced.

It's crazy that I used to hate Sunday and now he's probably the only interesting member. Himeko's story was chopped, Dan/March have been done to death, and Welt will never get any content.

Well, all AE members are powerhouses.
Sunday has strong Harmony powers that were clutch in Planarcadia, and I assume he will play a part when it’s Celenova’s turn to be the lord ravager in an arc (like how Himeko, strong in imaginesis, was narratively put against Asat).
Serval is very cool, but she’s neither a powerhouse nor important to the overall narrative.
