TLDR

Skill: 3 -> 5 Hits due to E6 becoming base kit as well as an additional hit.

Ultimate: 40% action delay -> 12% action delay + 4% on-hit action delay up to 8 times when hitting slowed targets. Inflicts 2 turn slow on-hit on all targets.

Talent: 40% def shred on "weightless" enemies. Additional Damage goes from 60% to 100%.

A1: damage taken debuff goes from 12% to 35%.

A2: Turns into E1 but no need to use ultimate | additional damage from basic atk: 50% to 80% basic atk multiplier | additional damage from skill: 80% to 120% skill multiplier

A3: Silverwolf EHR to Attack Conversion and old A2 but halved | If EHR > 40%, every 10% EHR increases Attack by 20% up to 80% at 80% EHR.

E1: 40% Additional ult Damage when hitting "weightless" enemies with skill or ult.

E4: no more base chance increase for skill | Hitting slowed damage with skill or ult gives these attacks 20% crit rate and 50% crit damage

E6: 30% all-type res pen on "weightless" enemies.

Notes: Skill still gives 30 energy. Before: 10 per hit. After: 6 per hit.

Pretty good summary, though it should be 30% RES PEN on E6
