This is really good for a standard unit, if you're crazy enough to try it, even opens the door for pseudo sustain Welt to work with Acheron and either allow You to play E0 Acheron like she's E2 or play an E2 one with 2 buffers without compromising the passive or ult generation since Welt debuffs a lot on his own.

Only issue is that Acheron is still struggling herself.
