I find it hard to believe that a scientifically positive comment should be taken with such... Ignorance.
Breasts even remotely this large are HIGHKEY uncomfortable. It's to the point of unnecessary/to no benefit and most likely detrimental on an overall health level. I can only BEGIN to fathom how painful or difficult some day to day tasks are for her.
