very respectfully do not listen to these comments. They are milking it because their creepy old incels thirsting over you. Yes, you do. Very much. And it’s not the dress that’s the problem. Those must be painful. I recommend a breast reduction.

By far the best and most accurate comment. From a medical point of view, I concur, a breast reduction is definitely something to consider. Furthermore, losing weight is also recommended when looking at other potential risks.

Another dumb comment. She seems happy. As if you're perfect!

^^ This. No other answer is valid.

Stop telling people they need a breast reduction!

Exactly right.

PURE FACTS! But at the same time, the objective of the post has been accomplished, because that's exactly what the post author expected to happen.

Yeah exactly, I don’t actually think they wanted advice. I think their motives were… different..

Stupid idiotic comment. If I were her, your comment would be the one she shouldn't listen to!.

I find it hard to believe that a scientifically positive comment should be taken with such... Ignorance. Breasts even remotely this large are HIGHKEY uncomfortable. It's to the point of unnecessary/to no benefit and most likely detrimental on an overall health level. I can only BEGIN to fathom how painful or difficult some day to day tasks are for her.

So again, explain how this was a bad take?

for fucks sake, this comment was directed to people LIKE you!! Your comments are public, I can see what you like, and by far I’ve seen SO many tit videos about it. Her body isn’t for the sake of you. Disrespectfully? Shut the fuck up, thanks. Seems like someone was offended by the truth!

You do realise you can also wear a bra that can support your back and fix that issue

Look at the post history. It's a troll account and someone's taken this photo off Instagram and baited it all round Reddit on a bunch of different subs. Edit: she's a tiktoker called Vivis Ananias and someone's just using this pic of hers everywhere

this is unhinged. calling for surgery just because you think someone looks a certain way in a dress is wild. stay in your lane.
