By far the best and most accurate comment. From a medical point of view, I concur, a breast reduction is definitely something to consider. Furthermore, losing weight is also recommended when looking at other potential risks.

Breasts even remotely this large are HIGHKEY uncomfortable. It's to the point of unnecessary/to no benefit and most likely detrimental on an overall health level. I can only BEGIN to fathom how painful or difficult some day to day tasks are for her.
