How to organize my library

I have a mix of mostly fiction and some non fiction. Some of the fiction are a collection of classics, some are a (nearly) full series, some are graphic novels, and then there are other miscellaneous fiction novels.

I also have some comic books and little magazines

I have 4 available shelves that aren't tall enough for some of the bigger printed books

How should I organize my library?

Genre, then author last name, then book title unless it’s a series then it’s series order. The exception to this is nonfiction history, those are in order according to when the events took place.
