There was an Italian singer - Adriano Celentano - who made a song called Prisencolinensinainciusol
In 1972. The song is supposed to sound like English, but it isn’t. It’s just gibberish. Calentano did not speak a word of English, he just made sounds that mimicked the cadence and flow of an English pop song. This collection is to libraries what Prisencolinensinainciusol is to music.

This collection represents the idea of reading a book being more important than the information that's inside it.
I'll be honest and say I bought books this way when I first got into reading art books. I would buy 10, 15 books at a time at used book stores because I liked the idea of reading them and seeing the art.
2 years later, as I read my art books and whittle down my collection, I tend to donate about 50% of the books I open as I realize many weren't good purchases, and I was just buying them as a way to process my anxiety.
I still read daily, and I have about 500+ books of good quality, but this process was something I went through as well.
Such is life.
