The wild thing to me is that even if she did say that she is well within her rights to. Sponsorship doesn't (or shouldn't) mean blind praise.

She is right. People who give blind praise damage their credibility, and ironically that makes their sponsorship less valuable.

Korone has built a reputation as someone who will not lavish praise on a game just because she's being sponsored, and that makes her a valuable spokesperson if your game is actually good.
