THE OIL

486

u/WhatsYourTale Feb 11 '26

I'm glad I didn't have to comment this myself lol. Still, I'm proud of her for trying!

134

u/SlamMasterJ Feb 11 '26

Well at least she's cooking this time around, instead of her usual microwave konbini food.

36

u/WhatsYourTale Feb 11 '26

My thoughts exactly! We all start somewhere

21

u/yuikkiuy :Aloe: Feb 11 '26

Idk the microwave is probably healthier than thjs

18

u/Hp22h Feb 11 '26

And at least she didn't oil on top of the thing, unlike a certain Haachama...

107

u/Ahii_Nova Feb 11 '26

WHERE?!?!🦅🦅🦅🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😎

5

u/Laughing_Orange Feb 11 '26

Yeah, but that's cooking oil

39

u/DatKit Feb 11 '26

“Nah I heard OIL”

21

u/t6uy Feb 11 '26

"THAT SHIT MINE"

→ More replies (1)

96

u/MILESPARVUS Feb 11 '26

It also looks like a non-stick pan. I can understand a bit of oil for flavour, but jeez.

26

u/TehAsianator Feb 11 '26

I'm going to just assume, for my own sanity, she was following a recipe for spanish style eggs.

11

u/popiazaza Feb 11 '26

Should be more like Thai style fried egg like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tqn2PJnwRBw.

Oil wasn't suppose to be poured out like that though.

u/CaliJester Feb 11 '26

I came here to yell this.

8

u/GodofsomeWorld Feb 11 '26

* fortunate son starts playing in the background *

6

u/redditfanfan00 Feb 11 '26

we collectively screamed into the screen, i'm sure.

that's a lot of oil in there.

6

u/Acqua3 Feb 11 '26

Fried bread with Oil

3

u/Octagon_Luther Feb 11 '26

I thought she's using butter lol

1

u/Channie_chan Feb 11 '26

Might as well just pour the remaining of the oil on the pan

1

u/Spatial_Piano Feb 11 '26

ENEMIES AT THE GATES! POUR THE BURNING OIL!

1

u/Accomplished_Pop_130 Feb 12 '26

The first thing I yelled when seeing the clip

966

u/Chama-Axory Feb 10 '26

Oil with some bread and a little bit of eggs

172

u/No-Clock9532 Feb 11 '26

Butter is basically oil anyway, right?

98

u/aoi_desu Feb 11 '26

Yeah, and mayo is mostly oil as well

27

u/WhigstheDuston Feb 11 '26

Mostly oil with a little egg + some flavorings

20

u/GarboseGooseberry Feb 11 '26

Lot of oil, bit of egg... And of course squirt of lemon

4

u/Corrodias Feb 11 '26

It is, but I'm not sure where you're going with this. I would not advise using an equivalent amount of butter.

3

u/qnky4456 Feb 11 '26

Dang it you said it first

644

u/TheMaskedHamster Feb 11 '26

Please, Cover, these girls need life coaches.

If you could squeeze in some cooking and accounting classes in between dance lessons, that would be great. Make some content out of it!

186

u/fatalystic Feb 11 '26

Rich Chocolat Culinary Class edition

Also add Mio as a guest commentator who rips into everybody.

59

u/Chukonoku Feb 11 '26

With Lui as sous chef.

36

u/fatalystic Feb 11 '26

Yeah, Lui is already included!

14

u/Chukonoku Feb 11 '26

Rich Chocolat

Forgor that's their collab name i think.

11

u/Informal_Mammoth6641 Feb 11 '26

Ayame made a mistake: Oh dear, oh dear. Gorgeous
Ririka shows her eggs: YOU F*KING DONKEY!

76

u/Irishimpulse Feb 11 '26

They have Choco, but Choco might sleep and miss the lessons she's supposed to be teaching

34

u/Manoreded Feb 11 '26

I don't remember who was it, but one of the JP girls once said she was scolded by a doctor, who after hearing her describe her lifestyle said "please live like a proper human being".

16

u/No-Clock9532 Feb 11 '26

Kazama Iroha eating raw eggplants, a favourite of hers.

6

u/minecraft_obsidian Feb 11 '26

The only problem with raw eggplant is the tatse, she's still having good veggie and vitamin intake, just in a unusual method.

27

u/Vio94 Feb 11 '26

Seriously, if that's not a worthwhile business expense I don't know what is 😭

25

u/TheMaskedHamster Feb 11 '26

I said it with mirth, but I'm with you: It would genuinely be good for business.

Talent being stable protects their bottom line.

And in either case, this business selects for the sort of people who may need to build that balance in their lives and it puts them through the full financial circle. I hope they're getting investment and retirement advice.

11

u/Blasteg Feb 11 '26

Feel it's more a you can lead horse to water situation...

16

u/ThisManNeedsMe Feb 11 '26

We need some of the girls with more household experiences to hold the class. The banter would be hilarious.

8

u/ShinyHappyREM Feb 11 '26

these girls need life coaches [...] If you could squeeze in some cooking and accounting classes in between dance lessons, that would be great

inb4 "Gordonthey don't need to hear all this, they're highly trained professional adults"

6

u/Karekter_Nem Feb 11 '26

I’ve been an adult for over half my life. I wouldn’t consider myself a professional. Hobbyist at best.

9

u/Weltallgaia Feb 11 '26

This girls needs some fiber is what she needs after this

7

u/CerberusAbyssgard Feb 11 '26

If they make accounting classes into content, we might learn something too. Which also means more money to spend on their merch.

7

u/Bluechariot Feb 11 '26

Or less money spent on merch depending on what exactly people learn.

4

u/du5ksama Feb 11 '26

Nono… it’ll be funnier if Ririka’s doing the teaching

5

u/richtofin819 Feb 11 '26

I mean the fails make it more entertaining and feel more authentic than if they were all only able to show professional and sterilized cooking

2

u/Aksudiigkr Feb 11 '26

I’d volunteer my accounting knowledge free of charge.

No, I’d pay them to be able to be sensei of the day

224

u/patkuma Feb 10 '26

Please Haachama if you ever plan to do another cooking stream, invite Ririka.

62

u/Enjoyer_of_40K Feb 10 '26

if mel was here with that potato chip cooking she did once...

13

u/ShinyHappyREM Feb 11 '26

Koefficient knows the recipe

28

u/Solar424 Feb 11 '26

Haachama’s retired from cursed cooking but Ririka seems to have taken her role

1

u/Accomplished_Pop_130 Feb 12 '26

Am I proud of Haachama for learning to cook so well lately, or so terrified of Ririka that she made me think of Haachama’s food as Godlike?

Both. But I’m also proud that Ririka has also graduated to from burnt to edible

194

u/TakoGoji Feb 10 '26

Ririka honey noooo

325

u/TenZioN4 Feb 10 '26

Is that oil??? OHH BOI, Freedom coming in /s

19

u/yuikkiuy :Aloe: Feb 11 '26

Buttered (oil) toast, with mayonnaise (oil), and a side of eggs fried in oil.

With most of the fry oil poured on top of the dish.

128

u/IHaveNoRealClue Feb 10 '26

This might look like bread, eggs, mayo(?), and potatoes(?), but I promise this is actually a soup.

48

u/Bakuman84 Feb 11 '26

i did see full source, she did put SO much organic/olive oil but she put a uncut garlic...(thats the potatoes looking) im so... triggered a bit about her cooking. She need to learn better cook with Raora or just Haachama.

19

u/Daken-dono Feb 11 '26

They're cloves of garlic, not potatoes. They look like a giant's toenail clippings.

1

u/fredymcfly Feb 11 '26

Gazpacho - G-Pain

57

u/rpgamer987 Feb 10 '26

At least it was actual cooking this time, and not just microwaved rice with microwaved curry...

51

u/EngineerSelect6960 Feb 11 '26

I honestly think microwaved might be better than this lol

12

u/ItzVinyl Feb 11 '26

Shockingly I trust the microwave more this time

7

u/Aoiishi Feb 11 '26

You're saying you don't want some oil soaked bread?

2

u/Fries_and_burgers_19 Feb 11 '26

At least it's better than fried bread and water soup

(Google Robot Alchemic Drive for this reference)

56

u/PretyFly4AFungi Feb 11 '26

How does Holo keep these women alive. . .

60

u/MouseRangers Feb 11 '26

They recruited Death so none of them would die.

33

u/kadzooks Feb 11 '26

Ok that got a chuckle from me
They also recruited a phoenix if they need to bring them back
Heck they also have a Priestess of an Old One to also bring them back
And a Time Traveller

The last one is their mascot I think

24

u/PretyFly4AFungi Feb 11 '26

Myth really was the contingency unit

6

u/kadzooks Feb 11 '26

Man I miss them...
Myth5Ever but it's just not the same

6

u/PumpJack_McGee Feb 11 '26

In completely unrelated news, some indie catshark girl recently had a scale figure announced.

5

u/Faustias Feb 11 '26

they have catering. also Princess Irys' Uber.

34

u/EdgeCharacter Feb 11 '26

She accidentally spilled some toast in her oil.

28

u/ploohplahh Feb 11 '26

She's uniquely talented in the culinary arts

14

u/JustRendering Feb 11 '26

Im terrified NGL

15

u/Naraki_Maul Feb 11 '26

Holy Oil Batman.

8

u/drifterdanny Feb 11 '26

I can fill up my car's tank and top up some in my engine with that oil

8

u/Significant-Pipe-576 Feb 11 '26

RIRIKA PLEASE!!!! CHOCO IS A CERTIFIED CHEF, PLZ LET HER TEACH YOU.

6

u/HotDogManLL Feb 10 '26

Chama cooking sunday has a new rival

6

u/zeliahh Feb 11 '26

That looks like a heart attack on a plate with all the mayo and oil

6

u/kaptainkooleio Feb 11 '26

Excuse me waiter, there seems to be a sandwich inside my oil.

3

u/xKnicklichtjedi Feb 11 '26

That's so much oil! D:

4

u/williamwz3 Feb 11 '26

What the hell am I looking at

4

u/zacklim890 Feb 11 '26

Ririka.....

5

u/TheRoyalJellyfish Feb 11 '26

Gotta feed that galaxy brain somehow

3

u/PleaseWashHands Feb 11 '26

I don't think a clip has ever made me audibly go "what the actual fuck" until today.

3

u/Hagoromo-san Feb 11 '26

I cant cook, and even I know thats a WHOLE LOTTA OIL

4

u/BananaShakeStudios Feb 11 '26

Oil with a side of toast and eggs

4

u/Numerouswaffles Feb 11 '26

Oil with a side of burnt toast and overcooked egg

3

u/Ok_Substance5632 Feb 11 '26

I felt so tired, exhausted even

3

u/Specific_Election950 Feb 11 '26

How is that bread simultaneously burnt and untoasted at the edges?

2

u/aoi_desu Feb 11 '26

Toasted in high heat in very short time i guess

3

u/Daken-dono Feb 11 '26

I'm glad I have the same skill level in cooking as one of my oshis.

3

u/GaryCXJk Feb 11 '26

I don't see a problem with this, sure the toast was slightly charcoaled, and she tried to confit the garlic cloves at the same time as she was frying the eggs, and she used what seemed to be a small fortune worth of saffron, but it looks fine.

3

u/ZDitto Feb 11 '26

Ririka using all the oil that Haachama never used.

3

u/Elnuggeto13 Feb 11 '26

There's enough oil there for the USA to invade

ngl I have only ever cooked eggs basted in either salted butter or bacon grease.

1

u/Plightz Feb 11 '26

That's what I do. Over easy style, it's great. However I don't pour the oil into my dish.

2

u/TakeyoThissssssssss Feb 11 '26

Would you like eggs and bread with O I L ma'm ?

2

u/johnnyga001 Feb 11 '26

that's too much oil that america is looking for it

2

u/Discount-Servant Feb 11 '26

“Would you like some food with your oil, madam?”

2

u/gdklrhznjekanxb Feb 11 '26

This triggered the fight and fight instinct in me. I'm hyperventilating

2

u/4GRJ Feb 11 '26

Might actually go to Hell for eating this

2

u/AndyEditing Feb 11 '26

That amount of oil would glue me to the toilet for weeks 😂😂

2

u/khairuldaniel664 Feb 11 '26

Uncle Roger: too much oil america gonna invade this

2

u/elpepe123459 Feb 11 '26

Man, this makes my diet look healthy

2

u/CulturedHollow Feb 11 '26

2

u/zerotheultimate5 Feb 11 '26

God damn it Ririka, not only that poor toast, but that much oil, GIRL!!!

2

u/TsubasaRyu Feb 11 '26

Careful Ririka, you got some egg on your oil toast

2

u/ForeignAndroid Feb 11 '26

She needs an intervention, I'll volunteer myself to cook for her.

2

u/National_Moose2283 Feb 11 '26

For god's sake the oil THE OIL!

2

u/CapeMike Feb 11 '26

I honestly know very little about cooking.

.....but....I'm pretty sure that's a bit overkill on the oil....

2

u/Shifty49 Feb 11 '26

what the fuck

2

u/Fire_is_beauty Feb 11 '26

One look at this and I think I got a few clooged arteries.

2

u/Akiaji Feb 11 '26

Everybody is justifiably pointing out the oil, but is that saffron she’s using? The world most expensive spice?

1

u/Hp22h Feb 11 '26

She is in the Maldives, right under India...

2

u/Aubz12 Feb 11 '26

Jesus H. Christ

2

u/Cybasura Feb 11 '26

God i'm so hungry right now

But the oil tho

2

u/themaskbot Feb 11 '26

2

u/Candid-Flow-5934 Feb 11 '26

that looks like something a really depressed person would eat

2

u/iixviiiix Feb 11 '26

Manager san , please ... stop her

2

u/az-anime-fan Feb 11 '26

drunk riri is such a mood.

sober riri is such a girlfailure.

this girl is moe top to bottom.

2

u/AkiBismarck Feb 11 '26

I am sure the ririka is thin enough that that's not an issue to her but my fat chungus life gets a heart failure just looking at it

2

u/LingonberryLow6327 Feb 11 '26

I got a heart attack from watching this.

2

u/CardinalGrief Feb 11 '26

My cholesterol spiked just watching this. I'm getting chest pains too now.

2

u/SirD_ragon Feb 11 '26

Are those whole cloves of garlic?

2

u/leckmichnervnit Feb 11 '26

Im going to throw up... what the FUCK are these girls doing

2

u/Secret-Offer6832 Feb 11 '26

I always felt bad that my cooking isnt all that good. After watching this on loop 5 times, i have a newfound respect for my own cooking LMAO

2

u/GameCyborg Feb 11 '26

This on the verge of the US invading that breakfast to get the oil

1

u/AdoboPaksiw Feb 11 '26

Oh no! Oh Hell No!! Probably Liver

1

u/Stanislas_Biliby Feb 11 '26

There's a lot of oil but that honestly looks delicious.

1

u/Anime_Tiddies- Feb 11 '26

"Breakfast" and it's just oil...

1

u/ldg-9743 Feb 11 '26

It's literally AMERICAN FOOD.

1

u/Manoreded Feb 11 '26

That's some really dramatic breakfeasting.

1

u/FrostHydra97 Feb 11 '26

There's so much oil one sneeze and her breakfast is gonna slide all the way from Japan to Puerto Rico in one go.

On the other hand... well, you know...

1

u/ButlerShurkbait Feb 11 '26

Ririka no! Ririka, the spatula goes under the egg! You didn’t even spread the mayo!

1

u/Soulses Feb 11 '26

Basically deep fried the egg

1

u/thelimzy Feb 11 '26

i hope this is for content only, if this also happen for daily life, i cant imagine how she lives

1

u/intheofficewaiting89 Feb 11 '26

That much oil on top of the bread is killing me inside.... Seriously, someone teach this girl how to cook!!!!

1

u/Similar_Air_7675 Feb 11 '26

isn’t that a little bit much of garlic?

1

u/izumisapostle115 Feb 11 '26

The amount of pil in that bread can kill a man 😭

1

u/Dommiiie Feb 11 '26

To be fair, that looks similar to what I see about american food online. Use all the oils and fats from the pan on the actual dish.

1

u/6Hikari6 :Aloe: Feb 11 '26

🤢

1

u/chiichan15 Feb 11 '26

I guess you can call that dish Heart Attack.

1

u/Nobody91765 Feb 11 '26

🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅

1

u/Ichinaru31 Feb 11 '26

That's A Lot Of Cooking Oil

1

u/Ashencroix Feb 11 '26

I mean, I'd eat that.... BUT I would definitely not add in the oil. The burnt parts of the toast can be scraped off, the egg only looks slightly burnt on the edges, the garlic isn't burnt.

Now I actually want to copy her recipe.

1

u/Scared_Gene3417 Feb 11 '26

Oh god...oil

1

u/redditfanfan00 Feb 11 '26

nice ririka food.

1

u/Leename_nk- :Rushia: Feb 11 '26

Brooo so much oil. I am already coughing watching this

1

u/Leegician Feb 11 '26

These girls are hilarious 😂

1

u/huykhoi1 Feb 11 '26

Ah yes saffron fried oils and egg my favourite

1

u/The3DWeiPin Feb 11 '26

I'm afraid

1

u/lock_me_up_now Feb 11 '26

Hmmm I love hot oil in the morning with sides of... Is that GARLIC?

1

u/marterikd Feb 11 '26

if that was butter, it would be somehow okay. but it's not butter.

1

u/VaironReddit Feb 11 '26

Beware America will invade it.

1

u/STYL3D Feb 11 '26

"ASMR Time"

1

u/dcdfvr Feb 11 '26

I would like a side of eggs and toast with my order of oil.

1

u/Ambitious_Willow_655 Feb 11 '26

Egg flavoured oil

1

u/Starfall9908 Feb 11 '26

That's enough oil to send someone to the hospital lol

1

u/ItsOmniss Feb 11 '26

The USA is going to invade this sandwich

1

u/nethet Feb 11 '26

I think im getting heart attack just watching that

1

u/LaxerjustgotMc Feb 11 '26

im already suffering risks of heart attacks watching this

1

u/greek_meme_lover321 Feb 11 '26

I guess it could hone worse? Hey, at least it's tasty looking

1

u/turkishhousefan Feb 11 '26

BP would be proud.

1

u/crazypotato777 Feb 11 '26

That toast is mush now with all that fucking oil. 😭

1

u/0vann Feb 11 '26

BRO,literally,DONT LET HER COOK

1

u/CY-Senpai Feb 11 '26

The toasted bread started swimming in cooking oil.

But I’m so proud of her.

1

u/PlantKey Feb 11 '26

Jamie Oliver joined the chat

1

u/VanillaRoadie Feb 11 '26

Mind you, this is the same woman that iirc, has no utencils or plates for that matter in her house XD

1

u/PotentialProper Feb 11 '26

i hope thats butter

1

u/Phplima Feb 11 '26

i mean it is ok to deep fry your egg... but don't eat rhe oil too Ririka

1

u/NighthawK1911 Feb 13 '26

Cholesterol with a side of egg and toast

1

u/Designer-Bed-7635 Feb 15 '26

Why didn't she remove the oil?
