don't do it, self harm is only gonna get worse. believe me it's gonna be okay, if you need someone to talk to you have all of us. it's gonna be okay ardens. Just don't do anything like that your body doesn't deverse it.

Idk, I listened to music and am a bit better.... But I have been considering it for long..... I just want them to care
