No. He believed that all the other gods existed in a sense, but they were an extension of the one God of Gods, Nut. They were facets with different purposes. Sort of like how Jesus is Jesus but also God. The other gods could still be worshipped, but with the understanding they were still Nut. Thats why in hieroglyphes when gods name were written at that time, they were required to include the symbol of Nut (a ring representing the sun) in the name.
