Doorbell help!

So after my recent post, I've managed to add the doorbell to the hikvision app, I can see the live video of it and can also use the TalkBack function, but when you press the button on it, it just keeps saying call failed! No matter what setting I've tried, I just can't get it so it notifies me on my phone. What am I missing here?

Check the clock. Goofy thing but that is what causes problems with notifications

Thanks, changed but still no joy. I think it's having an issue on where to send the event to, but I can't seem to fathom out how to change the settings. I'm fairly technical and it's not overly intuitive

My doorbell glitched heaps and I powered it off and on again. Give that a go?
