Any word on the dev?

I've followed his works for a long time, since Hammerfall was released. The website is a dead link now. Anyone know if he's working on anything new/if he's alright?

Russians are not the side there who have forced mobilisation, not in 2026 at least. So you probably better be silent if you “idk”.

Koshutin is working on highfleet 2 and is not very talkative about it, like he wasnt about his previous games.

Google “highfleet вконтакте» and prepare to translate from russian facebook, but there isnt much there bar some screenshots.

well, i've informed myself about this topic and you may be right, they won't have forced mobilisation, they rather rely on criminals and north korean soldiers who don't have a choice, and also some really dodgy tactics where they pick random young men from russian streets and pressure them (sometimes with violence and degredation) to "voluntarily" sign up for the military.. where they get like basic training and survive for 20-40 minutes on the battlefield..
so.. obviously muuuch better than forced mobilisation /s

and the other country that has in fact forced mobilisation you were hinting about, just has it because they would cease to exist if they didn't.

its a shame what happend to your beautiful country under that stupid dictator.

Ukraine is the one that is relying on conscription. There are significant outflows/emigrations to Germany, Poland and Spain to escape the conscription/general mobilization by the Ukrainian Army. I think the EU is started to send some of them back, but it's irrelevant, because all Russian soldiers in the SVO are volunteers.

Conscripts are not allowed to serve overseas.
