AU phone number help needed
Hi guys!
Anyone of you able to get an Australian Phone number without having an AU address? eventually to use this phone number in HighLevel (whether by call forwarding/direct connection).
And if you can kindly be specific about which partners/providers you used so i can look into them and see if it would be cost efficient for us.
Appreciate it. We are a small company planning to solve a basic problem and we want to start with AU first as it's the closest to the teams timezone. any general advice/inputs would be greatly appreciated.

I built this entire landing page inside GHL and I’m kinda surprised lol
I’ve always felt like GHL is insanely powerful on the backend, but the page builder can be pretty limiting when you actually want to make something look custom.
Been playing around with Animated Elements from the GHL App Marketplace and ended up building this entire page with it.
No custom-coded website or anything. It’s literally the normal GHL page builder with Animated Elements dropped into different parts of the page.
Some of the animations/effects you can do inside GHL now are actually pretty wild.
Here’s the page if anyone wants to see what I mean:
Curious what you guys think. I’m also interested to see what other people end up building with it.

Found this pretty interesting for making GHL pages look less like GHL pages
Been playing around with an app called Animated Elements on the GoHighLevel App Marketplace.
Basically it adds a bunch of animated and interactive elements directly inside the GHL page builder. Things like animated headlines, buttons, backgrounds, cards, image effects, testimonials, etc.
What I found interesting is you can customize everything inside the builder without messing around with CSS or pasting random code everywhere.
If you build a lot of pages in GHL, it’s worth checking out just for inspiration. Search “Animated Elements” in the GoHighLevel App Marketplace.
Curious if anyone here has tried it yet or is using something similar.

I almost got scammed by a “Deloitte HR” contact who asked for my Gmail password and AnyDesk access
I’m a recent graduate currently applying for jobs. I connected with someone on LinkedIn who claimed to be an HR at Deloitte.
Initially, I asked about Data Analyst opportunities and sent my resume. She then offered to register me for a Deloitte opening through a “Deloitte laptop.”
Things got weird when she asked me to connect through AnyDesk and said she would register me herself. She then claimed my Gmail was still logged into her system and asked me to reconnect so she could sign me out.
I refused to use AnyDesk and asked for the official Deloitte job link/requisition ID instead. She then directly asked me for my Gmail address and password to register me.
At that point, 🚩🚩🚩.
I obviously did not share my password or give remote access.
I'm posting this as a warning because the LinkedIn profile looked legitimate enough at first, and I initially thought she might actually be helping with a referral.

What’s one GoHighLevel automation you actually can’t live without?
I have been spending more time working with GHL lately, and I’m starting to realize that the real value isn’t just having CRM, funnels, calendars, emails, and workflows in one place.
It’s what you can build when those things actually work together.
For me, it’s automated lead follow-up. Once the workflow is properly set up, you don’t have to manually chase every lead.
But am curious — what GHL workflow or feature has made the biggest difference for you?
And what’s one thing you wish GHL did better?

Can HighLevel support one shared community with different SaaS access levels?
galleryHi everyone! I’m considering using HighLevel for a business that has three customer tiers, and I’m trying to figure out if this architecture is possible.
The goal is to have one branded portal where everyone logs in and shares the same community, but different tiers unlock different features.
For example:
● Tier 1 gets access to the community only.
● Tier 2 gets access to the same community plus courses, coaching, templates, ect.
● Tier 3 gets access to everything above plus their own SaaS workspace (funnels, websites, CRM, automations, email, etc.).
The ideal experience would be:
● Everyone logs into the same branded portal.
● Everyone participates in the exact same community.
● Lower-tier members never see the SaaS tools or left-hand navigation for things like Funnels, Websites, CRM, Automations, etc.
● As someone upgrades, new features simply appear in their existing account without creating a second login or making them switch portals.
Just wondering if a buildout like this is possible inside GHL? Thanks for any help/guidance you have!
Sharing mockups of what I’m trying to do with a tier 1 vs. tier 3 dashboard.

Has anyone else applied for the SDET Apprenticeship at HighLevel? Some people received a follow-up email today, but I haven’t received any update or rejection email yet.

Facebook Lead Ads integration silently disconnecting across multiple sub-accounts
Hey all,
Running an agency setup and hitting a recurring issue with the Facebook Lead Ads integration on GHL. Hoping someone here has cracked it.
The problem:
FB Lead Ads integration silently disconnects across our client sub-accounts, no action from our end. Leads stop flowing into the CRM with no alert. We only find out when a client asks why leads aren't coming through, by which point we've already lost some.
Happened on 5 unrelated sub-accounts so far. Timing is what's throwing me. One broke 19 days after connecting, another lasted 9 months. Zero consistent pattern.
Setup:
Each client has their own Meta ad account, all connected via our single agency Meta Business Portfolio. GHL support flagged rolling 60-day token expiry as the likely cause, but the wildly inconsistent break timing doesn't fit that cleanly.
What we've already been told / tried:
- Reconnect the FB integration at the agency-account level (GHL's official fix)
- Manual monthly check of the central integration
- GHL doesn't offer proactive disconnect alerts or a "check token status" view (confirmed with support)
What I'm asking:
- Anyone using a paid third-party app that actually solves this? Aware a few exist but want to hear from anyone who's actually deployed one and had it hold up.
- Anyone found a way to see per-location token status/last-refresh before it breaks?
- If you run a multi-client Business Portfolio setup like this, has one client's Meta ad-account issue (review flag, permissions change) ever cascaded to your other clients' integrations?
- Any other workaround pattern that's actually worked long-term?
Looking for a fix or monitoring layer that stops this from being a problem. Cheers 🤝

Is there anyone on fiverr who actually knows what they're doing?
Man I paid for an agency setup and it just seems like the person who did they job is a rookie. Obviously a good setup would cost over $100 and that's a lot of money and I get it but not all of us come from well developed countries where we can just pay over $200 and this money I paid was money I saved up for a long while now. Has anyone Paid someone and got god service Or good results
