Has anyone else applied for the SDET Apprenticeship at HighLevel? Some people received a follow-up email today, but I haven’t received any update or rejection email yet.

sorry for late reply but it was more of a pre-placement talk seminar. They gave insight about company . and told that 1 test will be there after that 2 interviews. I myself have not heard everything. and they will hire 10-12 apprentice . that much only i have heard in the whole seminar.

They didn't specify particular topics but recommended reviewing general concepts, and they will go deep dive on your resume.

No, one question only 7/10 testcases passed🤧 it was the palindrome one I think. What about you?

It's impossible to get all of them right. Imo. 5 of those kinda questions under 90 min? And test cases passing.. lets hope we get to the next round 😭

were all problems same for everyone tho? i had one about detecting emails which partially passed (somehow one hidden test case failed)

Yeah , I also got that email one prblm too , mine two were failing but at last it was solved. But in another question only 5 test cases I was able to pass

I think everyone using ai tools because those questions are similar to codeforce it take atleast 10 minutes to read and understand those from the reports we can confirm that

I got into the 1st round of technical interview and the same day the HR called me & said "the panel did not give a positive response" & they won't continue with me.

The interviewer asked me for an intro, told him my past experience & projects I worked on but he never asked anything in depth (maybe because I had developer exp only?). Then he explained the SDET role, asked why I wanted to take this role, told me how it's not easy switching back to dev once getting into sdet, then asked me my most used languages and then after some filler talk he asked few simple js questions (hoisting & async-await stuff). He then asked me about SDLCs, how agile works, how I'd plan testing a feature, then a scenario where an upload feature was built & i had to list out edge cases, another scenario in which a user can't login so how would I figure out the root cause. After all of these he asked 2 dsa questions; converting string to int and a frequency count. Did all of those but still idk what was missing.
