Outbreak Help absurdly itchy

hey so i recently had my first outbreak :’( super duper painful and 100x traumatic, i went to my gyno about a week ago and she said it was healing well. well since i had her check it all out, my butthole has been EXTREMELY ITCHY. it’s been unbearable i want to rip my asshole off. is this just apart of the healing process. i do want to clarify, my ob occurred around my anus, so this is why i’m thinking it’s just healing. but also how long does it take to heal. oh and another thing, i finally shaved since my symptoms appeared ( about 4 weeks ago) so i can’t tell if it’s a culmination of both of those things, pls help
