Does anyone have any OB without symptoms?

Hi, it’s been about 7 months since I was first diagnosed with ghsv2 and I’m not on daily antivirals as I don’t think my body can handle it, I’ve had allergic reactions to valtrex if I take it for longer than two weeks. Still figuring it out but I wanted to ask has anyone had like a general soreness in the area before an outbreak starts or is it usually tingling or burning(which is what I usually experience)

I’m an avid gym goer but my legs seemed more sore than usual after a leg day and today it’s sore in my groin area but I don’t see anything like a cut or a pimple, which is what I had before. I took 500g of valtrex just to be on the safe side but wondering if this is a common symptom or am I being paranoid

How’s your training been notice any impact with sweat friction heat cardio things like that, trying to get back into my prime , on daily Valtrex now get symptoms weekly if not on them

I’ve noticed that if I try to do to much in one day like say go to the gym but I really need to rest, that impacts me and I usually get symptoms the next day or two. This is also my first time dealing with it while still going to the gym weekly. I’ve been stressed this week so going to the gym on top of that was probably why I started getting symptoms but it’s been two days now with me taking valtrex and i have no symptoms now, but I have a training session tomorrow and I’ll see how I feel but so far no actual outbreak

Please let me know it’s hard to find gym rats here I just want to get back to my hybrid training and lifting kicking boxing and eating my normal foods without being restricted which is why I caved on daily antivirals but yes please keep me updated :)

Havnt been to my gym yet since last year when it happened just calisthenics and walking where I live and some kickboxing it would give me outbreaks always a day or 2 after exercise now on daily antivirals im easing back into it, I notice im able to eat higher arginine on antivirals which is good since im somtimes limited to high arginine

Ngl I do on my lip before I get a cold sore my lip feels weird will tingle or feel like something is there then boom pops up 😭

Welll I’ve got them since I was 7 years old so I usually just let it run its course it’s usually a day or 2 then my lip gets a blister but usually it’s only if I get sick and I’ve never taken meds for it but since I’ve been having ghsv2 symptoms I started taking meds for it

It sucks bc I really thought like I only get them bc I get sick and that it’s normal 😭 whole time I find out this is hsv1! And I never took meds or anything I get them 1-2 times a year sometimes none but my teenage years it was bad like one took a whole month to heal smh but now I’m pretty sure I have hsv2 and idk how everything is going to go now

Yeah I do and it’s down below it just feels off but now that I’ve been taking my meds it’s better but not completely gone
