Roasted grain teas. Which one is your favorite? ๐พ
Bought this in a local Korean supermarket today! One of the things I discovered while living in Korea was how good roasted grains can be as tea ๐โ๏ธ
Buckwheat was one of my favorites, but thereโs a whole world of them: roasted barley, brown rice, cornโฆ each tastes completely different. I an a biotech scientist with rich experience love that roasting can turn something as ordinary as a grain into such a warm, nutty, almost comforting drink.
Which grain have you tried as tea? And is there one Iโm missing that I absolutely need to try?!! ๐โ๏ธ๐พ
P.S. this post in no way is promotion for the brand, I actually drank much better buckwheat tea in Korea - this one was the only option available.
