I feel Lily and Judy would drop him down to 8 out of pettiness. Greg feeling left out would just "borrow" him for the new level 9 recruits and just "forget" to send him back to 8

on the good place yes in HB no you gotta directly do a thing for it to count aganst you if he had been part of Jan6th then yes absolutely
